The building consists of 5 regular floors, 1 attic floor and 1 basement floor. Total construction area is 1250 sqmts.

Proje Hakkında: Beyoğlu bölgesinde konumlanan 1972 tarihli orjinal yapı, rezidans projesi olarak yeniden planlanarak renove edilmiştir. Proje 7 kat ve 1250 m2 kapalı alandan oluşmaktadır.
